The Salvation Army Partner and Neighbors for Good 
The Salvation Army has long been a cornerstone of community support in Kansas City, providing essential services and aid to those in need. However, maintaining and expanding community awareness requires continuous effort and innovation. The Salvation Army Partners & Neighbors for Good programs, which were funded by a grant from a local corporation and aimed at boosting community awareness through a combination of print, web and social media strategies.
The logos for the Partners & Neighbors for Good programs incorporated key elements that resonated with The Salvation Army's identity, including the iconic red color associated with the organization and the navy blue of the officer uniforms. These colors were complemented by a sky blue, which added a fresh and approachable element to the branding. The brochure's design employed a generous use of white space, which created an uncluttered visual look and highlights the imagery. The design of the print brochure was particularly noteworthy, receiving a Philly Award from Non-profit Connect for its excellence in nonprofit communications.
